President: Galina Knopman, Associate Certified Coach

Galina Knopman, ACC is the founder and President of Comskil. Ms. Knopman specializes in the application of neuroscience, helping individuals and organizations fulfill their potential through a better understanding of how the human brain functions. Ms. Knopman is a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Certified Appraisal Lead and Instructor and process implementation lead since 1988. In 2002 and 2003, she performed the second most appraisals on organizations worldwide. She is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified executive leadership and life coach, organizational development consultant, and process consultant who provides design and delivery of leadership development workshops, facilitation, and services to individuals, corporations, the federal government and private organizations. Ms. Knopman has been a keynote and guest speaker at the U.S. Census, National Training Laboratories (NTL) Applied Behavioral Research Summit, the Mid-Atlantic Conference for Women in Technology, a "Top-Ten" speaker at Software Engineering Process Group Conferences, NeuroLeadership Local Interest Group, and Brandeis University's National Women's Committee.

Vice-President: Mark Schilling

Mr. Schilling has over twenty years of experience in the systems/software industry as a process improvement expert, project manager, and developer. He has twelve years experience with over thirty organizations in various industries providing appraisal, training, and process implementation services using the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) CMMI and CMM models. He is an SEI authorized SCAMPI v1.2 Lead Appraiser and has led SCAMPI A, B, and C appraisals with numerous major corporations and small companies.

Mr. Schilling has worked with numerous companies in various industries in SEI CMMI/CMM process definition and implementation with a focus on requirements management, project planning and estimating, metrics, software quality assurance, configuration management, inspections, organizational process assets, Software Process Engineering Process Groups (SPEG), and organizational training. He also is an expert with over seventeen years of experience in software planning, estimating, and metrics including the use of parametric models such as Function Point Analysis and COCOMO II. Finally, he has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University.
