Comskil provides a selection of public training courses which are delivered throughout the year. Our instructors are fully qualified and bring an extensive set of examples and scenarios from over 25 years of experience working in all aspects of Software Engineering, Systems and Software Management, and Process Improvement. Other qualified instructors associated with Comskil periodically present our courses.

Our courses are designed to support your organization by providing Leadership, Team Management, and Process Improvement workshops and courses. SEI Authorized Training: Comskil is an SEI Partner authorized to teach the Intro to CMMI^® and SCAMPI^SM Team Training courses. Our instructors have worked in the industry as software developers, systems engineers, and managers. They bring this real world experience to the classroom. Our instructors have practical solutions to challenging situations like limited budgets and compressed schedules.

Introduction to the CMMI v1.2: This 3-day course is the SEI's premier introductory course covering the CMMI model and its associated book: Guidelines for Process Integration and Project Improvement - CMMI Second Edition. Students receive a solid overview of the model, details on how to find information in the book, and the course is packed with examples and information on how to apply the model within their own organization. - This course is limited to 20 students per session. [3 days]

Process Training: Comskil also offers training for the Process Areas and other important topics. We provide higher quality training because we don't use canned examples and exercises; we tailor them to your business, enabling your staff to learn and apply the lessons quickly.
