Anders Kinavey Wennerstrom

Anders is a coach, consultant, and facilitator with 20 years of experience in healthcare and early childhood education. Over the past 10 years, he has increasingly focused on stress, burnout, and vicarious trauma in the workplace and how it impacts professionals in helping and caring roles. He works with executives, leaders, and professionals on a variety of topics, where clients often find value in addressing well-being or burnout as a foundation to performance and development.
Anders has held practitioner, trainer, and leadership roles in organizational change functions including Operational Excellence, Quality Improvement, and Change Management. He has coached leaders since 2014, across a range of organizations and settings. His recent and current clients include leaders and executives in the VA and other federal agencies, not-for-profit leaders in Oregon, and professionals in the field of early childhood education in Alaska. He also works with mindfulness, well-being,and mind-body integration as a yoga instructor at the local YMCA.
