The Comskil team has the synergy, experience, education, and capacity to be effective and productive from the very first day of our engagement to the last. Our team members are International Coach Federation (ICF) certified, Trauma-Informed and Resilience certified, Reflective Practice experienced,  are on the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Center for Leadership Development and the Federal Executive Institute faculty, have coached, instructed and published internationally, are on staff at multiple universities, include three past presidents of the Metro DC International Coach Federation (ICF), are multi-lingual, multi-national, and multi-degreed.
