Melonie Garrett, MCC, MSOD

Melonie is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and organizational development consultant and facilitator with extensive outcome-based experience in leading organizations, providing business and life coaching for individuals and teams, organizational development for current and future competencies, and facilitating diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) conversations and work culture through dialogue learning. Melonie applies ontological, somatic, epigenetic, dialogue learning, and trauma coaching techniques that allow her to serve as a powerful resource for leaders and their respective organizations, helping them to enhance their unique value, resiliency, and thrive in diverse global hybrid complex markets of customers, suppliers, and employees. She helps to reshape individuals, leadership, and organizational patterns of thinking, beliefs, behaviors, and practices that no longer serve their intent, goals, desired outcomes, and ways of being.

Melonie leverages her own traumatic experiences and historical discourses to connect with clients who are consciously and unconsciously aware of the trauma that lingers somatically, causing them pause and preventing them from moving in their desired direction and state of being more fully. Melonie meets clients where they are, working within the context of their specific opportunities and challenges, focusing on embodied learning, intentionality, and measurable attainable results. In partnership with the client, she confidentially coaches using a model that: creates a trusting learning climate; assesses development; creates somatic awareness about the stories and trauma within;  identifies strategies and practices; coaches achievement; and develops a self-sustaining plan for being and doing.
